What to visit in Antibes
The first thing to do when arriving in Antibes is to talk a walk aroung the Old Town and to get lost in the small streets between the Harbour and the Safranier. Make a stop at the Marché Provençal – Food market to buy some great local products and flowers.
Museums in Antibes
The NOT TO BE MISSED musuem in Antibes is certainly the Picasso Museum. Pablo Picasso spend a few month in Antibes in the Grimaldi Castle and produced some beautiful paintings here. Some are even painted on the walls of the Castle. In addition to showing some of Picasso’s greatest paintings and ceramics (including La Joie de Vivre), the musuem is a beautiful building with a breath-taking view over the Mediterranean sea and the old town.

- the Fort Carré, a 16th CEntury OFrt built by Vauban dominating the sea
- the villa Eilenroc : not exactly a museum but a beautiful property with a great garden on the Cap d’Antibes

Antibes with kids
If you are visiting Antibes with your children, spend a day in Marineland, a great water park/aquarium with dolphins, sharks, penguins… Or go to La Petite Ferme to see adorable farm animals.
